From the smallest bathroom to the grandest home

Michael McCann has been a registered architect since 1980 with licenses in both New York and Connecticut.  Mike is a graduate of New York Institute of Technology with a B. Architecture degree, where he was valedictorian of the graduating architectural class. At graduation, Mike received the “Most Promising Designer” award by the New York Institute of Technology faculty.

Mike is an expert in all architectural styles and particularly enjoys solving the unique problems presented by Westchester’s classic homes – designing rooms and additions that seamlessly blend into the original house, yet provide all the modern conveniences you would only expect in a brand new home.

Mike personally supervises each job with daily site visits. Because he spent 30 years as a contractor and builder, Mike is in a unique position to assess problems and progress, and resolve issues that might be outside the expertise of other architects. Clients have found it especially attractive to deal with one person throughout the duration of their project.

Michael McCann has a large number of clients with whom he has long relationships, several of which stretch over twenty years. He has executed multiple projects with many of his clients and has even retained the same residences through several owners.

Architectural projects range from bathrooms, kitchens, and master bedroom suites, to the total design of a new residence.
